Please include your first and last (maiden) names, the year you graduated,  e-mail address, and/or your mailing address, and phone number (last two are optional).

Only contact info is being listed. So you don't need to submit your occupation,  or other family history.

Only graduates are listed at this time. If there was someone in your class who didn't graduate but they would like to list their information, please relay the information to them and I will add their information to the list.
