Letter to Parents: Enrollment Information

District Office

July 20, 2010

Dear Parents,

As last year, there will not be a packet sent to parents before school starts so this will be your notice of the beginning of school items of interest.  We are including the back to school enrollment fees so you can plan for those as well as a copy of the supplies that will be needed.  This will allow the financial impact to be stretched out over a period of time.

Enrollment

We will be having two opportunities to enroll so you can come at your convenience.  We will be having enrollment Tuesday, August 10, from 7:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and Wednesday, August 11, from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.   All enrollment activities will take place in the main gym.  We will be available during the lunch hour for your convenience.  Please enter through the high school lobby.

If you have a conflict with this enrollment time, please call the district office (826-3828) for an earlier time/date.

Supply Night

On Tuesday, August 17, the elementary and middle schools will be open for everyone to come meet the teachers and bring your supplies to set up your desks.  This will be from 6:30 – 7:30 p.m.

PLEASE PAY FEES AT ENROLLMENT!

School enrollment fees will be due upon the enrollment of students.  If the fees can not be paid on that date, the superintendent’s office will establish a payment plan with the patron.
