January SADD Students of the Month

The BHS SADD January Student of the Month is freshman Montgomery. Montgomery’s favorite color is red and he likes to eat pizza. His favorite subject is woods class and that is the class he would chose to teach. Montgomery is an active member in SADD and FCA at BHS. He also participated on the BHS football team and is a KC Chiefs and Denver Broncos fan. His main hobbies include drawing and building. Montgomery likes to watch the television show Past Time as well as the movie The Blind Side. In Cold Blood by Truman Capote is the best book he has ever read. Montgomery is the son of James & Dina. He has one sister, Morgan (17).
Sydnie has been selected as the 5th – 8th grade SADD January Student of the Month. Sydnie is in the 8th grade at Bucklin Junior High. Algebra is her favorite subject but she would chose to teach social studies because, “…it’s easy for me to understand.” She is very involved in activities at BJH participating in volleyball, track, and scholars bowl. Her favorite book is Runner and she also enjoys watching anything on MTV or VHI. Varsity Blues is the best movie she has seen. Blue, orange, purple, and yellow are her favorite colors and macaroni and cheese is what she likes to eat. During her free time she likes to hang out with friends and draw. Sydnie is also an OU fan. She is the daughter of Josh & Roxie and has 3 brothers: Zach (19), Devin (7), and Dylan (4).
Cheyenne is the Preschool – 4th grade SADD January Student of the Month. Cheyenne is in Pre-K at Bucklin Elementary School. Her favorite part of the day is playing in the house in the classroom and putting together puzzles. Cheyenne loves to eat soup and drink chocolate milk. She also likes the color pink. Her favorite television show is Mickey Mouse Clubhouse and she also likes Dora the Explorer movies. If she had to pick a book to read Cheyenne would pick one about snowmen. When she isn’t at school Cheyenne enjoys playing Barbies and putting puzzles together. She is a KC Chiefs and Bucklin Aces fan. She said she looks up to her friend Cassie because, “she shares.” Cheyenne is the daughter of Joe & Stormie. She has 3 siblings: Charlotte (15), Dakotah (9), and Janis (an exchange student from Germany.)
